The Edge
This retreat will fill up very soon! Contact me kim@heartofthriving.com to book your place – or call 01923 262278.
Are you somebody who has woken up to the climate and ecological emergency we are facing?
This is a 4-day retreat for people who wish to inquire, in good company, into the questions:
- So, what’s most importantnow?
- What’s my ‘thread’ to pick up? and
- How can I make a difference?
The experience is designed to support you in being able to stand tall and look our interconnected predicaments in the face – from a place of courage, resilience and creativity. To deepen your inquiry into what matters most now.
There are three threads we’ll weave together over the retreat:
Adaptation & Deep Adaptation
How can we prepare and adapt now for what might be a very different way of life?
We’ll explore the ‘4 Rs’ of Deep Adaptation: Resilience, Relinquishment, Restoration and Reconciliation as created by Professor Jem Bendell. This framework is very helpful for people who want to authentically come to terms with what may be coming our way.
The 4R’s are:
- RESILIENCE – What is it that we most value and how can we keep that? How can we build and sustain our resilience – both inner and outer? What’s MOST important now?
- RELINQUISHMENT – What can we give up in order not to make matters worse?
- RESTORATION – What can we bring back that has been lost?
- RECONCILIATION/RECONNECTION – What can we do to make peace with, love and support others? How can we live with kindness, joy and peace?
There are no simple blueprints, no one right way, no universal action plans we can follow. Indeed, Deep Adaptation has been described as largely “an invitation into maplessness”.
However, we do seem to experience ‘nudges’ from wisdom, that we can choose to trust and follow. I love to imagine that we are all weaving something together – but there are an infinite number of individual threads – and there are some that may be ours to pick up.
Joanna Macy’s “The Work that Reconnects”
The central purpose of the Work that Reconnects is to help people uncover and experience their innate connections with each other and with the systemic, self-healing powers of the web of life, so that they may be enlivened and motivated to play their part in creating a regenerative and sustainable civilization. We will journey around a spiral of Gratitude, Honouring our Pain, Seeing with New Eyes and Going Forth over the days of the retreat.
The Three Principles of Mind, Consciousness and Thought
Sometimes called the Inside-Out Understanding, the game-changing insights to be seen here are truly profound and valuable for anyone wishing to navigate from love, courage, compassion, well-being, clarity and innate resilience. Regardless of what’s going on around us.
And of course, we’ll be drawing on our own individual and collective resourcefulness, creativity and wisdom.
The retreat will be held at Hunton Park, Hertfordshire, England. You will need to be available for all four days, and the experience will be highly immersive.
The retreat is being offered by Kimberley Hare as part of the gift economy – so there is nothing to pay. You will just need to fund your own travel and accommodation. You will have the option of staying at the venue itself, and if you do so you will settle your own bill on departure. Lunches and refreshments are provided.
Here’s what just a few people are saying about the retreats that have taken place recently:
“I cannot recommend ‘The Edge’ retreat highly enough. A profound, invigorating, transformative four days, The Edge let me step away from that sensation of running up the down escalator that is everyday life into a loving, intimate, challenging space that left me with a renewed sense of peace and purpose. For anyone grappling with who we should be in these times, how we can face a world of increasing chaos and collapse with courage and acceptance, The Edge allows that deep meditative dive, both inward and outward, to where answers can make themselves known. Strangers at breakfast became friends by lunchtime, with a great deal of vulnerability expressed, a great deal of fear, wisdom, grief, strength, honesty and love. There was also a great deal of laughter.
It was everything I’d hoped it might be and more, like getting a full body and face tattoo in invisible luminous ink.” Jasper Gibson
“It’s almost three weeks now since I met a completely new group of people…all held by the brave, selfless service of Kim. I explored and shared my grief for our Mother Earth, her pain as we encounter the palpable nature of the anthropocene age and the 6 mass extinction on earth. I re-connected to my own humanity, that of others and felt deep love for all sentient beings. It was a very special experience – I feel connected, I found great love, comfort and active hope in ‘doing the work’ – so beautifully facilitated by Kim. Go. Open. Allow yourself to feel what it really is to be a human being” Abby Hone
“Last week I completed ‘The Edge’ retreat, and it was wonderful to feel so quickly at home among my fellow participants, who are all climate activists in different ways. All of us came with versions of the same question: how can I hold the tension between my knowledge of where our life on Earth is heading, alongside the everyday conversations, feelings and compromises in my life?
Simply spending time and getting to know this remarkable group of people was itself an honour and a privilege, for which I am deeply grateful to all who took part. As each day went by, Kim’s carefully crafted questions and processes, and the reflections we shared with each other, led me gently to a place where (as several of us noted) “I can take time now”. Time to pay attention to my own health and wellbeing; time to look clearly at what is happening around me; and all the while be confident that my actions are effective – even when outcomes are invisible! With heartfelt thanks to Kim and ‘The Edge’, November 2021.” John Ingleby
“The Edge retreat was an extraordinary experience. Going on my own and not knowing what to expect made me feel quite anxious but after talking to Kim about it she reassured me telling me to just come, to just be myself and not to worry. She was right. As soon as I arrived I felt at ease as I found myself within a group of like-minded lovely people. All different, with an age range from 17 to 82, I immediately felt welcomed and relaxed. Within Kim’s professional and loving embrace she held us all through four days of exploring mindfully a very difficult subject that we had all been struggling with individually up until that time.
Going through those days we learnt how to each find our own paths allowing an unravelling of our own and collective feelings and thoughts. Then in a safe and loving environment we then knit these threads together with love and compassion into a coat of many colours enabling each of us to move forward when we left with renewed confidence and purpose. I would recommend it to anyone of a similar mind who is struggling with the enormous changes we all face in these difficult times.” Fay Langston
“The Edge 2021… An experience I will never forget. The enormous amount of love we shared as a group has changed my perspective on the potential of the human experience. Kim’s resources and activities were wonderful and incredibly insightful, coupled with the deep connection that flowed through everything we did was one of the most special and profound things I have experienced. The Edge has completely shifted the way in which I wish to interact with the world and the experience of life. I thought I knew what I valued and what I wanted to do, but now I see what life needs to do through me, there is nothing that feels more right to do. I cannot recommend anything more, nor any person more than Kim, both have changed my mindset, reinvigorated my sense of aliveness and helped me realise my threads to weave. Kim has created a truly safe and non-judgemental space for people to experience their own insights and wisdom, the teaching is all your own, no matter what perspective, experience and spiritual exploration you are coming from, there is absolutely incredible and deep intuition to be had from this. It is not a coincidence you have found out about The Edge and if it feels right, do it!” Katrina Scales
“The Edge was a wonderful experience of connection, belonging and exploration of the times we live. We met as strangers at the beginning of the 4 days but quite quickly welcomed each other into a space of deep connection and camaraderie. We were held through our grief and anger at what is transpiring in the world and given the spiritual tool of the 3 principles which created many invaluable insights. Kim was a talented host, weaving together the various physical, practical, spiritual and emotional narratives into a common story that we could explore together. She created a space where people could really be vulnerable and feel into what was really going on. Thanks Kim!” Julyan Davey
“The retreat was an experience like no other. In view of the subject – climate and ecological breakdown – I was expecting a lot of pain and sorrow to come out. This did happen, and it needed to be released, but what surprised me was the joy, lightness and heartfelt laughter we all shared. I met a bunch of beautiful humans with whom I connected deeply. I gained incredibly valuable insights and came away with real clarity, a sense of purpose, and a renewed faith in our collective capacity to face the most momentous challenges with courage and grace. Kim is the best, most intuitive, most human facilitator I have ever worked with. Thank you Kim, for your generosity, wisdom, strength and unfailing good humour.” Janet Lees
“I feel truly grateful to have been on ‘The Edge’ Retreat in January 2020 run by Kimberley Hare. What I experienced in the four days went far beyond my expectations and I feel profoundly changed for it. I spent much of the last few years in a state of anger, grief, depression and anxiety around the planetary emergency we are facing and I knew I needed to find my way through these negative states. The work we did together allowed me to find my way back to the emotion that underlies everything. Through deep connection with people that I had never met before I found my way back to joy and love. Already it has changed my home life as I have shared my new understanding of honesty and vulnerability with my husband and daughter. I also feel ready to build a network of families taking action in my community based on love, rather than panic. I can’t thank Kim enough for her generosity, wisdom and open hearted guidance.” – Ellie Wyatt
“The retreat was beautiful, I went on such an incredible journey, and 4 days really gave me the space to drop into it. I feel like I now have the courage to follow my path with clarity, without the unnecessary attachment to fear, self-doubt and the overall outcome to the climate and ecological crisis. Kim is the most incredible teacher and I feel profoundly thankful to have had this opportunity. Thank you.” Rowan Henthorne.
“I came with an open mind and high expectations. What I was seeking was not exactly clear – I just knew that this was a moment. What I found was one of the most profound experiences of my life. Love manifest – fears faced – clarity found – direction clear.” Myles Daly
“Thank you so much for this experience Kim – your wisdom, generosity and grace has been an inspiration. I instantly felt at home with the group, held and seen. And I left the experience with clarity, hope and joy in my heart. I can’t go back to seeing life in the old way and my time with you has deepened my resolve to ‘live while I’m alive’! “ Andrew Moore.
“I have both been exploring the Three Principles, and been an environmental activist for nearly a decade, but this was the first time I was in a space where I could discuss one in the context of the other – and what a joy it was. With a story about being an introvert and easily feeling excluded, I normally do not enjoy retreats. However, Kim is very skilled at facilitating an event which strikes the perfect balance of structure and momentum with sensitivity and time to articulate and explore what is in the room. She also has a joy and ease which makes it easy to remember how deeply connected we all are, the strengths we do have and the hope there is to draw from that. I leave with a new found clarity and conviction to see some of the noise in my head for what it is and follow the ‘nudge’ to follow my particular path.” Erica Lewis
“I was drawn to participate in ‘The Edge’ retreat because I was wondering how to engage with the climate crisis without becoming overwhelmed and keen to find constructive ways of taking action. I found this retreat to be just what I needed. Kim and the group created a safe space where we took the time to really allow our emotions to be experienced and expressed, without getting lost in them. Kim navigated us wonderfully through different types of exercises and shared many things that inspired her and helped us look at the state of our world from a different perspective. For me the combination of the three frameworks (The Work that Reconnects, Deep Adaptation and The Three Principles) worked brilliantly. I am so so grateful to receive this gift of time and connection and would truly recommend this retreat and Kim’s coaching” Eveline Tijs
“Prior to ‘The Edge’, I was looking for a way to combine my Three Principles understanding with the climate crisis and to be able to explore and process my own feelings about the planet. Kim’s facilitation at The Edge was exactly what I was hoping for. Kim guided us through the four days, whilst holding us in a space of love, acceptance and safety. The activities were varied, which meant that I was able to engage in different ways with my own feelings and give space for insight to arise. I was able to take my own journey through the retreat, finding my own ways forwards. I loved this about The Edge: there was no one thing in particular that was expected and nowhere in particular for us to reach. It was about being together as a community and taking our own path, letting the journey unfold as it would. I don’t know where else I could have done this. It was a really valuable opportunity for me.” Vicky Otter
“I very much appreciated the depth of your preparation – and your attention to the process. A major factor was the trust everyone had in you, which was what created the climate of safety, which I think was exceptional” George Levvy
“I loved the retreat. I particularly loved the love, connection and presence you brought. The way you facilitated very challenging themes. It was entirely free from that expert/amateur, teacher/student, guru/follower vibe that distances people from the very thing the teaching is pointing to and has had me fall out of love with retreats and gatherings generally. I felt that you were seamlessly teacher, learner, speaker, listener etc with no attachment to any particular role or way of being perceived and that that way of being was pivotal in allowing the experience/recognition of our shared humanity and consciousness to emerge as it did. I really liked the way you brought music and video into the mix. The experience wasn’t long enough for me… but having said that, where I ended up was perfect”. Emma McDevitt
“I wanted to extend a massive thank you to you all for such an incredible few days. Firstly to Kim for running the event, especially using the gift economy and so enabling me to take part and also for your total dedication to helping us navigate through this important subject. Thanks too for all the incredible resources you’ve sent through. Secondly an enormous thank you to each and every one of you, for your wisdom, your input, your love, your energy and your commitment to making a difference – which after an initial sense of personal inadequacy, has filled me with a real compulsion to step up and get going on this” Maureen Garner
“I’d like to thank you so much for your love, energy, inspiration, creativity in creating this incredible retreat. It is a wonderful gift to the world – it has been so impactful for me and all of us at the retreat, I’m sure creating a beautiful ripple effect for those around us too. It is waking me up to what I (and we all) really are on the inside. I’ve remained in that calm and connected space following the retreat and had further insights. I’m very excited to see where this will lead!” Norbert Sobolak
“Wow, what can I say? The experience I had on the retreat with you all was life-changing, and I don’t use that term lightly! It’s hard to put into words what it meant to me, not just to be amongst others who are awake to the climate crisis but to be together in a particular way; honouring the pain and grief and holding space for one another to express them, but also looking beyond those feelings to something far more powerful and being together in the awareness of who we really are. I’m incredibly grateful to all of you for showing up in the way you did, it was an absolute honour to be part of it! A HUGE thank you to Kim for your wisdom, generosity and love. ” Kathryn Eales
Webinar on Deep Adaptation
Your Invitation
A free 2-hour Webinar and Conversation on Deep Adaptation
Hosted by HEART Community Group
When and Where?
Wednesday 24th February 2021
or
Saturday 6th March 2021
both at 11 am – 1 pm
Please e-mail kim@heartofthriving.com to register and receive the zoom link for either of these webinars.
Who is the webinar for?
Anybody who is deeply concerned about the climate and other planetary predicaments – and is curious to learn more about what they and their local community could be doing NOW to prepare and adapt for what may be a very different way of life.
Some of you may be members of Extinction Rebellion, and/or local Transition Town organisations. You may work in local government, or volunteer in a community group. And it doesn’t matter if you’re not a member of any organisation! It’s enough if you are a citizen of Hertfordshire.
Probably not suitable for children 12 and under.
A vital conversation about our collective future
It was more than five years ago, in 2015, that the Paris Climate Agreement was reached, and late 2021 sees the important (postponed) COP26 in Glasgow.
Despite messages from politicians and the mainstream media, things are getting worse, not better.
2020 has seen a vast amount of new science and research findings being published.
We are happy to provide a comprehensive list of recent scientific resources after the webinar for those of you who wish to take more of a deep dive.
Even for those of us who are awake to the emergency, the conclusions from this latest science force us to go beyond our usual narratives about the planetary predicaments we face. If we’re able to face the situation honestly, we no longer have time for a gentle and gradual transition.
The challenge is by no means limited to reducing carbon emissions. There are many other, related issues – including mass species extinction, eco-system collapse (both on land and in oceans), climate-created refugees, and likely future Zoonotic virus pandemics.
There are many things we can begin doing now that will help us to prepare and adapt.
“Fighting to turn things around” in the face of a rapidly deteriorating situation can be highly stressful. Many of you have done this for years, and some of you are exhausted. Yet we are closer to the edge of the cliff than ever.
9 of the 15 known global climate tipping points that regulate the state of the planet have already been activated, and we are racing towards the others.
HEART Community Group’s acceptance about what may be coming our way doesn’t mean we’ve given up. Far from it. We are totally engaged in meaningful projects that come under the heading of Deep Adaptation, and building local resilient communities.
We very much look forward to seeing you on the webinar!
Who are HEART Community Group?
HEART stands for Hertfordshire Enabling and Adapting for Resilience Together.
We are a group of Hertfordshire residents who accept that societal collapse is possible, likely or inevitable in our lifetimes, or is already occurring. We are committed to contributing to local community resilience, both practically and emotionally.
We seek to inform and support local leaders in political and local community organisations, and encourage them to be curious and open minded about collapse and its implications.
We also seek to demonstrate and share the values of Love, Kindness, Empathy, Collaboration and Community in all that we do.

What is Deep Adaptation?
Professor Jem Bendell’s 2018 paper “Deep Adaptation: Navigating the Climate Tragedy” is the most downloaded academic paper of all time. The paper has been downloaded more than a million times, and has been translated into more than 10 languages.
He published an update in July 2020 which you can read here: http://www.lifeworth.com/deepadaptation.pdf
“Millions of people are already suffering. It’s worse than we’ve been told. We are now in danger. We must do all that we can to try and slow the problem down. But we must also now do all that we can to help each other through this.” Professor Jem Bendell.
Deep Adaptation (DA) is an idea, a community and an agenda initially created by Professor Jem Bendell to help us to reflect on useful activities, cultural norms, values and behaviours now. People who share the DA narrative accept that societal and economic ‘collapse’ is now likely, inevitable or already unfolding.
Mitigation is about anything we do to ‘turn things around’ so that we achieve our carbon-emissions targets and continue with business as usual. That’s important too, in that there are mitigation strategies that will at least avoid making things worse, or slowing down the worst effects – but if we bring down carbon emissions to zero and continue with business as usual, we will still destroy ourselves..
Adaptation refers to those things we do to prepare for the conditions that we know are coming, but most people are still in denial about. Good examples are building sea-walls, changing buildings to cope with different temperatures, food and water security, and re-wilding or permaculture.
DEEP Adaptation is about asking some fundamental and profound questions about who we are, what’s most important and how we choose to live now. It includes approaches that deepen our resilience.
And starting now to build resilient, deeply connected local communities.
It includes a useful framework of questions to reflect on, and we will be exploring these during the webinar.
The Pasqueflower (Pulsatilla vulgaris) is the County Flower of Hertfordshire. It blooms around Easter-time. Hertfordshire is one of the last remaining strongholds of this rare plant.
Heart of Thriving Workshop
ALL LIVE EVENTS ARE CANCELLED DUE TO COVID-19
A transformative 3-day workshop in a small group exploring the inside-out nature of the human experience as it applies in your life. Helps you to wake up re-connect with your infinite creative potential & enjoy a richer, deeper, more wonderful life“
“Kim is a stunning coach, and she has a transformational presence which gently led the whole group to amazing insights. If you want to experience more clarity and wellness in your life and work, the Heart of Thriving workshop is a must.” Andy Couch, Manager, Oil Spill Response
What if you could be happier, more creative, less stressed and create even better results by understanding how the human experience actually works?
I’ve spent the last 30 years exploring, pioneering and sharing Brain Friendly Learning, NLP, the Neuroscience of Leadership, Engagement and Culture Change, Happiness at Work, Positive Psychology, Social Psychology and Influencing. I’ve had the privilege and joy of impacting thousands of people over the years… and I’ve created a wonderful life.
In 2010 I stumbled across what I believe is genuinely a new paradigm in human psychology.
“The Heart of Thriving is like no other workshop/retreat I’ve ever attended. Kimberley has the ability to work magic on a group of strangers who come together for three days and leave as deeply connected human beings. How has my life changed? I’m more present, I show up, I’m calmer, more joyful. I have a peace of mind I never thought possible. I’m much more deeply connected with those around me as well as with my clients. I feel truly alive.” Rebecca Perkins, Business Owner.
The understanding we’ll be exploring on this workshop is now increasingly being shared with business-people and prisoners, sports-people and health-care professionals, CEO’s and children. It’s known by several names: The 3 Principles, Innate Health & Well-Being, or Principle-Based Psychology. I call it “The Heart of Thriving”.
“Having worked with Kim for over ten years I thought I had seen it all. How wrong I was. New insight after new insight from a group experiencing the kind of magic that happens incredibly rarely. With the understanding Kim is sharing now, it seems to happen every single time. I highly recommend this experience to anyone in the field of people development or if you have an interest in how the human experience is created.” Richard Nugent – Managing Director, TwentyOne Leadership
Now that I’m in life’s “Third Act”, I feel inspired to share something different – and more transformational and profound than the tools-based approaches I’ve taught for decades. Actually, as I reflect on any successes I’ve already had with my own clients, and in my own life – it’s probably not been the tools that have done the heavy-lifting anyway!
“I sometimes dislike the term ‘life changing’ as I believe it’s over used and often in the wrong context. But it’s really the only phrase I can use that describes the impact this workshop has had on me. Five months later, my understanding of the principles is now part of my daily life.” Martyn Haworth – Business Owner
It’s about understanding how life really works – that we are all simultaneously creating, and then experiencing, our moment-to-moment reality. That we’re always, 100% of the time, living in the feeling of our thinking. And that we all have innate well-being, resilience, creativity and the capacity to thrive. It’s built in. That no matter how long we feel we’ve been struggling or suffering, no matter what ‘diagnosis’ a professional may have given us – none of us are ever ‘broken’. We are all profoundly OK.
As their understanding of this deepens, people routinely find that life becomes:
- Lighter
- More awake and alive
- Funnier
- Less stressful
- More joyful and present
- More connected with themselves and others
- filled with wisdom, clarity and peace of mind
I’ve noticed that people find they get more done, and more elegantly and enjoyably than they ever thought possible. Problems, challenges and places where they’ve hitherto been “stuck” just seem to easier to handle and resolve.
They also notice a profound deepening in their connection with other people.
“Spending three days with Kim and a wonderful group of curious, loving people has been transformational for me. I had forgotten where the experience of life was coming from and had got lost whilst looking in the wrong direction. Kim creates a loving space that allows you to play, laugh, have fun and connect with the magic of human potential. It is so beautiful to be looking from a place of gratitude and connection to all that is rather than the separateness of self. A transformational experience.” Amber Inman-Kent – Coach and Virtual Assistant
Believe me, I know it sounds too good to be true. That’s what I thought when I first came across this understanding. But I glimpsed enough of the potential to keep exploring… and I’m so glad I did!
Having shared this understanding with my clients since 2010 now – I’ve heard the words “life-changing” so often from my clients that I no longer shy away from the seeming hyperbole.
“From someone who openly admitted to being cynical and sceptical about the whole thing, I’m now a ‘raving fan’ and a convert of the three principles. So do you, your team, your family and friends a huge favour and book yourself onto Kim’s next workshop. Trust me – and without being over dramatic, your life will never be the same again…”
“There are no words that can describe this workshop: magical is the closest I can come up with. Everything and nothing changes all at the same time. Speechless.”
At the end of each workshop, I ask participants to write a short letter to people who are considering joining the next one… Here are parts of just a few of those letters:
“Dear Human Being, What a wonderful three days! I have been ‘in the zone’ day and night, with a wonderfully quiet mind and a deep sense of connection and clarity. I’ve realised that you have to FEEL this to make it come alive, and that’s what the Heart of Thriving does for you. I feel a ‘calling’ to come home, to go deeper, and I know this will last a lifetime. And, as the fogginess clears, clarity and insight ensure that all areas of my life improve. The implications of this understanding – leadership of the self, of the teams I am a part of, the groups I consult for, the clients and patients I treat are limitless. I don’t know where the endpoint or destination is (or even if there is one), but I know I want to take this direction and continue on this journey. Something has profoundly changed over the last three days” Dr Rif Malik
“Dear Human Being. Why would you attend this workshop? Because this understanding underlies everything – your career, your family and friends, your money, your health – and allows you to discover the BEST you – so that you can live the life you really want in a way that’s fully ALIVE”. Lise Dandanell
“Dear Human Being. I totally thought I was good at relationships and connecting with people before, but I realise now that my connection with people was often highly transactional. It’s been hugely powerful to just experience connecting at a soul level with people. Being part of other peoples’ journeys and insights has been an utter privilege. I will cherish my own journey. Come and find out how you can be the best version of you. You’ll never see the world in the same way again”. Gillian Murphy
“Dear Human Being. As someone who’s brand new to all this, it all seemed so overwhelming at first – and ungraspable. Then, moment to moment, the ‘A-ha’s came. Only glimpses – but just enough to see that there is something wonderful here. It is so lightening to meet yourself and all the weight from all the shit suddenly seems to float away. In these three days, I really met myself for the first time and connected with something deep inside me. I am OK. Life has changed and it’s very exciting to think that our experience of it can be wonderfully different”. Laura Harford
“Dear Human Being. If you want to deepen your understanding of the human experience called ‘Life’ – come on this workshop. If you want to fall in love with yourself, your family, your friends and the whole universe – then this is the place to come. Experience the magic of fully engaging with yourself and others. Trust your instinct that this will/could transform your life and send you out into the world better equipped than you ever thought possible. Ideas and insights will abound. Kim will guide you to discover just how awesome you really are. Do you remember a time when you were in the flow, it all just worked, but you weren’t quite sure how to replicate it? This workshop explains how that happens, and once you understand it is available to you forever with no effort and no work. How cool!” Fiona Morey
“Dear Human Being. The beautiful thing about Kim and her magical workshop is that they cut through the crap. This workshop guides you into falling in love with who you really are – not who you think you should or shouldn’t be. Removing the should’s creates a huge amount of space. When you’ve created that space – only one thing rushes in to fill it: unconditional love. And everything that entails. Compassion, forgiveness, gratitude, kindness. Beginning at home, then rippling out into the most beautiful infinite lake. That’s magic – and who doesn’t want more magic?” Gemma Hopkins
“Hello Friend. Expect the unexpected, and a deepening understanding of who you really are, what you are and what that means. All this unfolds before you over three magical days. For me, it was a new awareness of what was stopping me getting to where I want to be. The doubt, the need to control, and the need to ‘fix’ everybody else were my modus operandi. With new awareness and clarity – I can now see how much of my angst and worry was completely made up entirely by myself. Now, knowing it’s OK to just be me means I can ‘see’ and ‘listen’ from the heart and genuinely connect with and trust my own inner wisdom. I can clearly see the possibility of improving my relationship with my daughter. I can’t wait to get home and simply BE with her, and genuinely appreciate the unique, amazing person she is. My coaching conversations will never be the same again – I will be going ‘upstream’ from here on in exploring the magic of possibilities rather than dwelling in the mire of the detailed issues. Let go – trust and be happy in the moment. Enjoy the ride!” Tina Neville-Jones
“Dear Human Being. Truly transformational. I have experienced a limitless joy here that I’ve never experienced before in my life. Deep, deep connection to my family and others. When I got back from the workshop I got home, held my kids and cried. It was one of life’s special moments for me. More and more of the time, I experience a sense of calm and clarity I never ever thought was possible. Simply stunning. Do it. Do it. Do it. And I’m already ten times better as a leader and a coach than I was before”. Andy Couch
“Dear Friend. This workshop allows you to see that anything is possible and that the only limitation to living a wonderful life lies in a misunderstanding about how your experience happens. Kim creates this amazing space and insightfully shows you who you TRULY are at the core. The practical, emotional and physical benefits of this are priceless!” Karen Auld
“Hello. I hear you are thinking of coming on Kim’s next workshop – and are pondering whether to come. I am sitting here, comfortable, at ease, excited about life, and realising I have all the opportunities that this life will bring to me and others. Wow! Every cell in my body is buzzing with excitement and peace – knowing that we are already enough, we already innately know all this, and fully AWAKE. I think I’ve been asleep most of my life. On the three days (that fly by!) there’s fun, deep insights, tears of joy, shifts, transformations. Your life WILL be different afterwards. I feel so grateful that I invested these three days with an awesome group and of course Kim. Her innate creativity, connection, love and trust in each one of us is awesome and beautiful. Of course that’s because she trusts implicitly in the three principles. She is a walking, talking example of the quote: “Be the change you want to see in the world”. But, hey – it’s your choice. Some people like a life of mediocrity – and if that’s you, then don’t come. With much love” Lindsey Reed

Don’t Expect
- Tools and how-to’s – this is an understanding model, not an intervention model. It’s about effortless transformation – not self-improvement. It’s about ‘allowing’ – rather than ‘trying’
- An elegant workshop design that moves towards specific outcomes – this will be a co-created experience
“I was blown away by the way Kim facilitated the 3 days with her amazing presence and such a beautifully ‘light touch’. The days were structured when they needed to be, but it never, ever felt like it. Kim loved us, encouraged us, pointed us and effortlessly enabled each one of us to make a natural heartfelt wisdom-filled contribution. Perfect.” Stefan Cybichowski
“I’ve spent the last 7 years attending every personal development, behaviour and well-being seminar and training to understand how to help myself and my clients better. After the He’Art of Thriving with Kimberly Hare, I don’t need to go to any more. I learned the simplest yet most significant way of experiencing my day to day life and have already used it to make massive differences to my clients and myself. This is not tree-huggy weirdo stuff. It is simple, realistic and although nothing’s actually changed, everything’s different. I still have loads to do and so little time yet, HOW I AM whilst doing it is totally different. In this life of overwhelm and distraction and busyness, this is a workshop that everyone should attend. By tapping into the enormous power of my own innate wisdom – I’m finding just the right solution to everything that shows up. I feel more at ease myself, more able to tap into that infinite intelligence and more excited about what I can do to help others. Thank you Kim.” Mo Bury – Momentum Training
“My thinking was real. I mean it. Real. Completely, totally and devastatingly real. It was controlling and absorbing my whole existence. Always there. Writing that today, understanding the power of thought as I now do, I feel as if I’m writing about someone in my distant past. Yet it was only 6 days ago and it was my existence. Something happened on day two of the workshop when my thinking changed – from being like the strongest velcro you have EVER imagined to teflon – simply and beautifully. I am now free to listen to the infinite wisdom and creative potential that I have access to. Blimey – as I write that and reflect on the change I think I’m still in awe of it all! Bring it on!” Rachel Ghinn – Consultant
